At Flowers at you Door, we are committed to exceptional service and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, please contact us .

Order changes and cancellation

Flowers at your Door is unable to change or cancel an order after its been shipped from the farms. If you find it necessary to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary regional availability issues. If this is the case, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your flowers is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.

Recipient not home

If someone is not home at the time of delivery, please leave a note with specific instructions as to your request. Options available are a secure area of the home (porch) or neighbor.

E-mails

Shortly after you place an order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. Please put this in a safe place, as it will include all the details of your order.


Flower Club Terms of Service

Billing

Flowers at your Door will create a recurring billing schedule for our Club customers. Your credit card will be billed monthly and you will be notified of the charges.

Order changes and cancellation

Delivery Information

Flowers at your Door offers FREE delivery to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and the City of South Miami. A delivery fee will apply to some other areas of Miami Dade County.
